How to read one of these

Match the lot first. A COA only describes the batch it was run on. If the lot number on the report doesn't match the one printed on your vial, the report doesn't apply to your material.

HPLC gives purity, MS gives identity. Purity tells you how much of the sample is the target compound. Mass spectrometry confirms the compound is what the label says. A purity figure alone doesn't establish identity.

Check who ran the test. A report hosted on the testing lab's own servers can be checked against their records. One we host ourselves cannot be — we label which is which above, and we don't dress up the second as the first.

What these tests cover

The listed tests are the ones actually run on that lot — nothing is implied beyond them. HPLC and mass spectrometry address purity and identity. They do not measure sterility, endotoxins, heavy metals, or microbial contamination unless that panel is listed on the lot itself.

Don't see your lot?

Email us the product name and the lot number from your vial and we'll send that batch's certificate. admin@209peps.com
